How does Meet & Greet parking work?

Drive to your terminal and a uniformed driver will meet you, take your keys, and park your car in our secure compound. On return, your car is waiting at the terminal.

What is Park & Ride?

You drive to our nearby compound, park your car, and take a short complimentary shuttle to the terminal. On return, we shuttle you back to your car.

How far in advance should I book?

Book as early as possible to lock in the best price and availability, especially during peak holiday periods. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights. If yours is delayed we track your arrival and have your car ready when you land — no extra charge for flight delays.

Is my car insured while it's parked?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all vehicles in our care are covered by our comprehensive fleet insurance while being driven by our insured, vetted drivers.

Can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before your arrival time (up to 3 hours before with Cancellation Cover). You receive a voucher for the full booking value, valid 12 months on any future booking. Cancel online from your account or by calling 0333 0540500.

Can I get a cash refund instead of a voucher?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 14 days of the voucher being issued. If you cancelled within 5 days of making the booking it's a full refund; after that a £15 administration fee applies, which we credit back to your account for your next booking. Refunds go to your original payment card. Cash refunds aren't available for bookings cancelled on the day of arrival.

Can I change my dates?

Accepted Answer

Yes — amend your booking date up to 24 hours before your arrival time, with no amendment fee. If the new dates cost more you pay the difference; if they cost less, the difference is refunded to your original card.

What do I need to bring on the day?

Accepted Answer

Your booking reference (printed or on your phone), your vehicle keys, and a car with enough fuel. Spare key recommended in case we need to move your vehicle.

Are your car parks open 24/7?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our compounds and driver teams operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including bank holidays.

Question 11

What happens if I return earlier than planned?

Accepted Answer

Call our helpline when you land and we'll bring your car to the terminal as quickly as possible. No additional charges for early returns.

Question 12

Do you accept oversized or electric vehicles?

Accepted Answer

We accept most vehicles including SUVs and MPVs. Get in touch before booking if you have a particularly large vehicle or need EV charging — additional fees may apply.
