Terms & Conditions

We're focused on taking the hassle out of your trip. Please make sure you understand what you're booking before you pay — everything you need to know is set out below.

1. About us and these terms

These terms are governed by English law and apply once full payment for a booking is received. You and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. "JetWaya", "we", "us" and "our" refer to JetWaya; "you" and "your" refer to the person making or using a booking. These terms apply to bookings made directly through the JetWaya website, app or contact channels.

2. Our role

JetWaya acts as a booking agent for the companies that provide the products we sell — airport parking, hotels and airport lounges (each an "Operator"). Your contract for the product is with the Operator that provides it, and each Operator has its own terms and conditions which also apply to you and are available on request. Once you book, our role is to pass your booking to the Operator and send you a booking reference by email on their behalf. We are responsible only for arranging the booking with reasonable care.

3. Before you book

We review the products we sell and, wherever possible, show photos and information so you can book with confidence. Please read the product information so you choose something suitable, and tell us as soon as possible if anything looks inaccurate. All prices include VAT and are updated continuously to reflect the best price available at the time; a price may go up or down if you return later, so book the package you want when you see it. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors on the website or on any booking made at an incorrect price.

4. Prices, payment and currency

The total shown at checkout is the total payable — there are no hidden fees. Payment is taken at the time of booking by card (and, where offered, Apple Pay) through our payment provider. If a payment is declined you will be asked to use a different card before your booking can be confirmed. Prices are charged in pounds sterling; any other currency shown is an indicative conversion only and your card issuer sets the final rate and any charges.

5. Discount codes and vouchers

Promotional codes apply only to the packages that state they are eligible, and are subject to their own validity dates, minimum spend and usage limits; they can be withdrawn at any time, and promotional codes have no cash value. JetWaya vouchers issued when you cancel a booking are for the full value of that booking, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and can be used towards any future JetWaya booking. They do not need to be used in full — any unused balance stays on the code until the expiry date shown, after which it lapses; if a new booking costs more than the voucher, you pay the difference. A cancellation voucher that has not been spent can be exchanged for a cash refund to your original payment card within 14 days of being issued, on the terms in section 14.

6. Your details and your booking confirmation

You are responsible for giving accurate details, including traveller names, contact number, flight information and — for parking — your vehicle registration, make and colour. Please read your booking confirmation thoroughly to check it is suitable, and take it with you when you travel. If you don't follow the instructions we give you, we may not be able to refund any additional costs you're charged as a result.

7. Airport parking and meet & greet

Parking is at your own risk and subject to the car park Operator's terms. For meet & greet or any product where you leave your keys, you must hand over your physical key (app-based or digital keys cannot be accepted); if you don't, the Operator may be unable to accept your vehicle and you may not be entitled to a refund. Please check in advance if you have an oversized vehicle or motorbike, and do not leave valuables in your vehicle — neither we nor the Operator is responsible for items left in the car. Any damage you believe was caused while your vehicle was in the Operator's care must be reported before you leave the site so it can be investigated; leaving without reporting means we cannot investigate. If you arrive earlier or return later than booked, the car park may charge for the extra time at its standard rate; leaving early is not refundable.

8. Hotels and lounges

If you have any problem on the day, tell the hotel or lounge team at the time so they can help — if you don't, we may not be able to help later. Lounge time that you don't use (for example because you arrive late) is not refundable. We can help you communicate with the Operator to resolve issues, but claims relating to the product must be made against the Operator under their terms.

9. Extras and add-ons

Optional extras are added to your total at checkout and some carry their own conditions shown on the extras step. The Text Confirmation add-on sends booking updates to your mobile by SMS, for which you must supply a valid mobile number. The optional cover add-ons are described in sections 10–12.

10. Cancellation Cover

Cancellation Cover is an optional paid add-on. Without it, car park bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time; with Cancellation Cover you may cancel for any reason up to 3 hours before your scheduled arrival time. In either case the value of your booking comes back as a JetWaya voucher as described in section 14 (the cover fee itself is non-refundable). We'll email you confirming the outcome.

11. Late Return Cover

If you overstay in an airport car park — for example because your return flight is delayed — the car park may charge an overstay fee at its daily gate price. If you have bought Late Return Cover, we will refund overstay charges you have paid (up to the stated limit) where the overstay is for a valid reason and supported by sufficient evidence, such as proof of your flight and a receipt for the overstay charge. Cover does not apply to overstays caused by events beyond our control (see section 15), or by illness, bereavement, a change of plans, or a lack of due care such as timekeeping or booking errors.

12. No-Fly / Flight Cancellation Cover

If your departure flight is cancelled after you have already parked, the car park cannot usually refund the unused parking. If you have bought No-Fly Cover, we will issue a refund or voucher for your parking booking where the flight cancellation is supported by sufficient evidence (such as proof of your flight and the cancellation) submitted within the stated time of the flight's scheduled departure or actual cancellation. This cover applies to flight cancellation only — it does not cover missed flights due to late arrival, refused boarding, lost documents, or events beyond our control (see section 15).

13. Fare types, amendments and date changes

You can amend your booking date from your account up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. No amendment fees apply. If the new booking costs more, you simply pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is refunded to your original payment card. We'll send an updated confirmation once a change is made. Where an operator offers more flexible terms than these, the more generous terms shown on your confirmation apply.

14. Cancellations and refunds

Deadlines. Car park bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time, or up to 3 hours before if you purchased Cancellation Cover with your booking. Cancellations after the deadline are not refunded.

What you get back. When you cancel in time you receive a JetWaya voucher for the full booking value, valid for 12 months and usable towards any future JetWaya booking. If you cancel within 5 days of making your booking, you can exchange this voucher for a full cash refund within 14 days of the voucher being issued. If you cancel more than 5 days after making your booking, you may within 14 days of the voucher being issued request a cash refund less a £15 administration fee; that £15 is credited to your account and can be used towards your next booking. Cash refunds are not available for bookings cancelled on the day of arrival, and are only possible while the voucher is unspent.

How refunds are paid. Cash refunds are issued to the original payment card used for the booking and typically appear within 5–10 business days. You can cancel online from your account, and we'll email you to confirm the cancellation and your voucher. If you booked through another company, you'll need to cancel with them directly.

15. Events beyond our control

Very rarely we or an Operator may be forced to change or end a booking because of an event beyond our reasonable control that could not be foreseen or avoided ("force majeure") — for example war or the threat of war, riots or civil unrest, terrorism, industrial disputes, epidemics, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, extreme weather, or government restrictions and travel advice, including airports or airspace being closed or congested. Where this happens we cannot accept liability, pay compensation, or refund payments for services not received, and our cover add-ons do not apply. We will do our best to support you and publish guidance where we can, and we recommend all travellers hold comprehensive travel insurance.

16. On the day

Take your booking confirmation and the card you booked with when you travel, and follow the arrival instructions — including calling the Operator's helpline at the time stated (typically about 15 minutes before you arrive at the terminal). Leave enough time to reach your gate; we can't help if you miss your departure because you were running late. As a booking agent, we are only liable for losses arising directly from our negligence in making the booking — claims about the delivery of the product must be made against the Operator, so it's important to raise issues with them at the time.

17. When you get home / complaints

We hope everything went smoothly. If you had a problem with a product booked through us, please contact our customer team and we'll do our best to put it right. So we can investigate properly, please tell us within 28 days of the incident and include copies of any relevant receipts or documents. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and work with the Operator towards a fair outcome.

18. Communications and marketing

We'll send you service messages about your booking (confirmation, arrival instructions, reminders, changes and cancellations) by email and, where you have bought Text Confirmation, by SMS — these are necessary to provide the service. Marketing messages are only sent where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

19. Data protection and cookies

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage your cookie choices at any time from the footer of our website.

20. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for the booking service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under English law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

21. Website use and intellectual property

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and to make genuine bookings. The content, branding and design of the site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force when you booked; the latest version is always published on this page.
