Enjoy complete flexibility with your booking. Amend or cancel your reservation at any time with no booking amendment fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 5 days of booking: If you cancel within 5 days of making your booking, you'll receive a voucher for the full booking value. You can exchange this voucher for a full cash refund within 14 days of the voucher being issued.
• More than 5 days after booking: If you cancel more than 5 days after making your booking, you'll receive a voucher for the full booking value. Within 14 days of the voucher being issued, you may request a cash refund, less a £15.00 administration fee. This £15.00 will be credited to your account and can be used towards your next booking.

Cancellation Deadlines

• Car Park Bookings: You can cancel for a voucher up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
• With Cancellation Cover: If you purchased Cancellation Cover with your booking, you can cancel your booking up to 3 hours before your scheduled arrival time.

Please note that cash refunds are not available for bookings cancelled on the day of arrival.

Amend Your Booking

You can amend your booking date up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time.

• No amendment fees apply.
• If the new booking costs more, you'll simply pay the difference.
• If the new booking costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment card.

Additional Information

• Cash refunds are issued to the original payment card used for the booking.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards any future JetWaya booking.
